A Healthy Organic Fruit Spread & Honey #Review

It's hard to know what's really in your jams and jellies with ingredients such as Concord Grape Puree from Concentrate, and Ascorbic Acid, and other preservatives. Who knows what's really in those "other preservatives" certainly not me.

This is the very reason I have such a hard time purchasing a healthy option for my kids and their love of peanut butter and jelly. This is where Rigoni di Asiago comes in.

They sent me a Fiordifrutta in Apricot and an organic honey from Mielbio. My favorite part about this brand is that right on their label they state "Non GMO." Which if you know anything about me I try my hardest to keep any GMO product out of my house, there is just nothing good about them. If you haven't looked into it I encourage you to do your own research.

With so many different flavors like "Wild Blueberry", "Strawberries & Wild Strawberries" and "Apricot" there is a flavor sure to please everyone.

The Apricot which is the flavor I received to try was delicious! It spread on the toast thick and soaked in making the entire piece flavorful!

The only issue....the jar isn't big enough. Haha

The honey was just as delicious, Mielbio which is the brand of the raw organic honey I was sent makes three different types..."Orange Blossom, raw and creamy", "Chestnut raw", and "Acacia raw."

I was lucky enough to try the Italian Forest Honey, raw. It was so thick and flavorful. I added some to my tea and also just spread it on some homemade bread warm from the oven.

Did you know Raw Honey has so many good health benefits? It's a natural anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial, it will help boost your immune system if you are fighting a cold. There are so many reasons to add a little raw honey into your diet, the only issue is you have to watch for the GMO's which thankfully this product just like the fruit spread is a Non GMO project verified! Bonus!

This company does have one other item that is now on my shopping list to try...Nocciolata an organic hazelnut spread with cocoa & milk. The picture in the little pamphlet I got with my package makes this spread look simply amazing!
