Vegetarian Quick & Easy - Under 15 Minutes: (100 Simple Natural Food Recipes) Review #myownveggieworld

My family and I have been eating more vegetarian meals for almost 3 months now and while we love it and the health benefits are fantastic I find some meals...well ok most meals keep me in the kitchen longer than I would be if I was making a meat meal.

When I was asked to review a new E-book I was excited. Vegetarian Quick & Easy - Under 15 Minutes: by Jonathan Vine, Tali Carmi is filled with delicious recipes that take just minutes to make. They are homemade and not filled with processed garbage!

In the begining of the book the author breaks down what exactly a vegetarian is, and the different sub categories (which personally I never knew about) I can now classify my family as Lacto-ovo-vegetarians, because we do not eat meat, fish, or poultry but we do eat local farm raised eggs and we eat cheese but not milk.

Now, the first thing I noticed when I got this book was I was given a link to order a free e-book The Weight Loss & Detox Secret by Jonathan Vine. We will have to save that review for another time though. I want to share with you how wonderful this Vegetarian Quick & Easy - Under 15 Minutes is.

One of the first recipes I made was the potato pancakes, they were so easy to make and the family went crazy over them! I made a homemade buffalo/ranch sauce for dipping and let me just say I don't think anyone was disappointed.

Most of these recipes are so easy that my 10 year old could make them with no issues. Another pro of this book is the fact that Jonathan Vine does not use tofu, tempeh, or any other product like that with every single recipe like so many other vegetarian cookbooks out there.

He does use those items in a few recipes but compared to another vegetarian cookbook I have it's much less, which in my opinion is good. We don't really eat tofu or things like that we mostly just stick to eating fruits and veggies and cheese. Of course if you are a vegetarian who enjoys tofu and tempeh and such items you can always doctor up any recipe to fit those items in, kind of like I do when a recipes calls for those items, I just substitute for something different.

Here is a short list of a few of my favorite recipes from the book...

* Pesto Omelet
* Cheese-Filled Croissants
* Cheesecake Bites
* Colorful Quinoa
* Hot Chocolate
* Homemade Cereal
* Potato Pancakes
* Mini Pita Pizzas

Whether you are a vegetarian or not this book is sure to please. You will certainly not run out of sides to go with your other meals for those who are not vegetarian and for the vegetarians and vegans out there you are sure to find some delicious main courses.

You can purchase the E-Book from Amazon for only $0.99 today (February 26, 2015)
