Ebook Review - LEVI KOENIG: A Contemporary King Lear

This book was written by Dorothea Shefer-Vanson, an England born refugee from Nazi Germany. This is one of many wonderful novels Dorothea has written over the years.

The story takes place in a culture where people used to leave their elderly out on the ice to die when they no longer were contributing members of society, but how can you deal with such a non traditional cultural belief when living in the modern Western society? Follow the three daughters of Levi Koenig as they try to decide which option will best suit their aging father.

This novel rings a few bells that will make you think of the old Shakespearean play "King Lear." I have always loved Shakespeare and his works which might be why I found this particular story so fascinating and able to draw me in from the very first page.

As the book moves forward you will grow in knowledge about the three sisters and their lives, by the end of the book you will feel as if you four have been best of friends for ages rather than just simply characters in a story.

Pick up your copy (either in paperback or eBook format)from Amazon today and dive into a great adventure filled with difficult decisions and family love.
