Simple to Take Prenatal Care Vitamin Review

Welcome to yet another review on Prenatal vitamins, ever since trying to be more organic and natural I began a mission to find the best vitamins out there and I have to say I scored major bonus points when I found the past 2 prenatal vitamin companies, but I have to add another one to my list of favorites. The Wellbeing Centre makes a wonderful prenatal vitamin that is free from sugar, lactose, and gluten. While this particular variety of prenatal is not vegetarian or vegan friendly I am unable to find any harmful fillers or ingredients.

When you order this prenatal you will receive a 90 day supply for the price, that means you paid $29.99 for a 3 month supply of prenatal vitamins, not too shabby. If you are just taking prenatals for the skin, nail, and hair benefits this is a really good option to choose. The tablets are about the size of a dime so they are easy to swallow and so far they have not caused me to feel sick what so ever, although I will say that typically when you take a prenatal you should take it with food to help ease any nausea that may occur.

I do have my personal favorites when it comes to prenatal vitamins and the three that I have reviewed on my blog are part of those favorites. If you have not had the chance to read my other reviews I have included links at the end of this post for you to check out.

Back to the vitamin at hand....Haha here is the list of ingredients that the company lists on both their website  (Amazon) as well as the bottle of prenatal vitamins:

Vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron & Folic Acid, Zinc, Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% of: Calcium Silicate, FD&C Blue No. 1 Lake, FD&C Red No. 40 Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake, Titanium Dioxide Color, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid. Contains soy and fish (cod, pollock, haddock, hake, cusk, redfish, sole, flounder) ingredients. Not Suitable for Vegetarians No Artificial Flavor, No Preservatives, No Sugar, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Shellfish. Sodium Free.

When you break it down it comes to preference really, and in my opinion any of these three prenatal vitamins would be fantastic for you to stay healthy and provide the vitamins and nutrients you and your growing baby need to remain healthy during your pregnancy.
