Some good uses for Lavender oil include but are certainly not limited to headaches, migraines, insomnia, bronchitis, asthma, colds, laryngitis, whooping cough, colic, nausea and vomiting and even unwanted flatulence. Thanks to its pain relieving properties some people use this oil to treat aches and pains from rheumatism, arthritis, muscle aches and sports pains. You can easily make this into a topical rub simply by adding it to a mixture of coconut oil or even Shea butter.
Unlike the majority of other oils out there Lavender can be used right on the skin which makes it a fabulous oil to grab to treat minor burns and wounds and even insect bites. While I am not an advocate for ingesting essential oils I am a huge fan of diffusing them and even using them in the bath on a nightly basis.
I like the goPURE Naturals brand because you do get a great quality oil in a 4 ounce bottle with a glass dropper for less than $15 which is really hard to find with some other brands on the market today.
You can pick up a 4 ounce bottle of Lavender essential oil from goPURE Naturals on Amazon for only $13.95 a bottle!
