Gaia Organics Baby Shampoo Review

When we think of baby products we think of quality, safe, healthy products, right? Well, in some cases that is true but in most other it is not. Brand such as Johnson's & Johnson's, Equate, and Baby Magic we are actually exposing our precious little ones to harmful chemicals and toxic ingredients that can affect them far into the future. Why on earth would a baby product manufacturer use such harmful ingredients? It's cheap of course, most companies want a profit and nothing more, they care nothing for you or your children and because companies like Johnson's & Johnson's and Baby Magic have been around for years and years no one thinks they are using these harmful ingredients, but in fact they are!

So, now that I have scared you what can you do to protect your children and entire family from being exposed to these ingredients? Simple, switch brands to a natural and organic brand there are SO many out there, also read the labels and know your ingredients! The one brand I found that I really like is called Gaia Organics. They make quality baby care products that are safe. There are a few other companies I trust as well but I will save those for another post, today we are actually going to be reviewing Gaia Organics baby shampoo/baby wash.

Right on the Amazon page for Gaia Organics you will find their ingredient list for their baby shampoo, have you checked out Johnson's & Johnson's product page for their baby shampoo? No ingredients what so ever I had to search high and low for this list to compare it to the Gaia Organics. This shampoo and baby wash is SLS-Free, Paraben-Free, Free of Petrochemicals and Other Harmful Preservatives and Additives.

*Side Note: If you ever want to look up whether a product you are using is safe or can cause issues based on ingredients I suggest using the EWG site to search on. You can use this for all and any products.*

Which would you prefer to bath your baby in?
But anyways the ingredients are just one main difference from traditional baby wash and Gaia Organics baby wash, there are many differences when you begin to compare the organic baby wash to the typical baby products. I really like how Gaia Organics baby wash has a subtle lavender scent which helps my kids get ready for bed.
You can pick up your bottle of Gaia Organics from Amazon for only $10.49 for an 8 ounce bottle.

*Disclaimer: I received the above mentioned product at no cost to me in order to facilitate this honest review. All opinions stated are mine alone.*
