Take A Walk Down Memory Lane With The Rubik's Cube Review

I remember having one of these as a kid and it was so much fun, but the one I had as a kid could be thrown against a wall and have more of a chance of damaging the wall than breaking the cube itself, the same can not be said for this one.

The concept is the same as the "vintage" ones from when we were kids, but the quality just isn't there anymore, like so many other products out on the market today, you pay a hefty price expecting quality and instead get a cheap knock off and the company makes a killing off you. It's really frustrating if you ask me.

In fact Sopheria was playing with it and the one little square came off, then another, after trying to fix it with no luck I ended up just tossing it in the trash. I didn't want to run the risk of Sopheria or Maverick choking on the little colored squares. I suppose I could have tried to glue the squares back on but then I doubt the cube would work the way it was intended to. I guess they just don't make things like they once did, sadly.

It really is a shame because for the whole day that we had this Rubik's cube the kids had fun with it and I was trying to show Sopheria her colors, which was working fairly well until our cube began to crumble. Overall, I am giving this product a 3/5 stars simply because it broke within 24 hours of taking it out of the package.

The Rubik's Cube is being sold on Amazon for only $11.00 which isn't a bad price, hopefully I just got a bad one and the others are a better quality.
