I first learned about Biotin after my weight loss surgery back in 2010, my hair was falling out like crazy and a fellow post op told me that Biotin might be able to help. Now, when you run out to the pharmacy to pick up your bottle you will notice there are quite a few to choose from. Not only brands but also dosage wise as well. This particular bottle contains 90 capsules that are super easy to take and provide 10,000mcg of Biotin in each one!
Another part of this particular brand I like is that their products do not contain any nasty fillers or preservatives and things like that. 100 Naturals tries to keep their supplements as natural as possible which means your body can absorb the nutrient better leading to better benefits for you. This particular brand recommends you take 1 capsule a day which is super easy to do and remember to do.
There isn't too much to say about Biotin other than I have taken about 3 or 4 different brands over the past five years and this is one of my top ones I go to, the price is reasonable and the quality of the supplement far exceeds that of common store bought brands. Overall, this gets a 5/5 stars in my opinion.
You can either go to the store and pick up a bottle or you can head on over to Amazon and get this pure Biotin by 100 Naturals.
