I am sure we have all had those times when we had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, right? How do you typically handle those nights? Do you reach for an over the counter sleep aid, or the trusty NiteQuil? I tend to try and find more natural options to treat acute trouble sleeping, I don't like having to deal with side effects.
I remember there was a time in high school I was on a prescription sleep aid and every morning it left me groggy and really unable to function until about noon or later, which being a high school student that wasn't an option. The pills also made me just pass out in the middle of whatever I was doing not long after I took them. While these effects might be ideal for some they made me feel horrible, so I stopped taking them and have since never taken anything as far as sleep aids goes.
It's really bad when you research the ingredients in things like that and actually look up what they mean, some of those ingredients can and are VERY harmful to your body, but for those who deal with chronic sleeplessness what can you do? You basically need these prescriptions to sleep and you need sleep to function, so it's a necessary evil so to speak, or is it?
What if you could still get the assistance sleeping like that of your harmful pills but only in a more natural form? Would you be willing to try it? How about if I told you, that you can get help falling asleep from a supplement that uses ONLY fruit as the ingredients? You might think I am crazy, right? But I assure you this product is wonderful. My sister who has trouble sleeping was over the one weekend and left her prescription sleep pills at home, I offered her a dose of these Berry Sleepy pills, she doubted me at first but soon saw the effects. She slept like a baby that night, with no ill side effects to deal with in the morning.
Will these work the same for all of you out there reading this review? Probably not, that is the key when taking any pill or supplement, whether a prescription or natural each pill/supplement will affect people differently, but I recommend trying it, especially if you are currently on a harmful and expensive prescription sleep aid, what do you really have to lose by trying a more natural approach?
