Back in 2010 I had weight loss surgery...gastric bypass to be exact, I started off weighing in at about 380lbs at my heaviest. When July 2011 came around I weighed in at 155lbs, and on my one year anniversary of my surgery I found out I was expecting my second child. Let's fast forward a few years to present day 2016 and I now have four amazing children (three of which came after my weight loss surgery) but I am also quite a bit heavier than 155lbs...72lbs heavier to be exact and no I am not proud of that.
I need to get myself back on track but to be honest I HATE eating healthy and I hate exercising even more, and yes I realize that is the key factors in loosing weight and getting healthy. This eBook really helps with my urge to snack. The Ketogenic Diet Fat Bombs: Delicious Dessert Recipes That Are High Fat and Low Carb For Weigh Loss written by Sam Kuma is amazing! The recipes are easy to follow, quick to make and are delicious.
While just changing this one part of my daily routine won't help me lose 72lbs it sure is helpful. Now, if only exercising was this much fun and tasty.
